Divided into different phases, the development includes apartments, villas, and exclusive plots, offering solutions for various types of residents – from families to investors or professionals seeking tranquility and quality of life. More than just a residential complex, Alto do Tejo positions itself as a new central hub – vibrant, functional, and future-ready.

Casa Craft is a boutique hotel project located in Lisbon’s Baixa Pombalina district, on Rua da Prata, blending tradition with contemporary sophistication.
Built around the concept of “Modern Crafted,” every detail has been carefully designed to offer an authentic, comfortable, and visually enriching experience.
With 22 rooms, the hotel celebrates Portuguese craftsmanship — from ceramics to basketry — in every decorative element, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
The common areas and rooms stand out for their meticulous curation, where past and present coexist in perfect harmony.

We began by defining the visual identity, concept, and branding, establishing a distinctive narrative that guided the entire development of the hotel.
Architecture, construction, and interior design were coordinated to ensure both aesthetic and functional coherence, with each space reflecting the project’s essence and personality.
Communication and promotion were strategically structured to create a consistent presence across different channels and position Casa Craft as a reference within its segment.
In parallel, we managed the recruitment and selection process for the operator responsible for day-to-day management.

Atlas Parking is an indoor, secure, and comfortable parking facility located in Algés, Lisbon.
It offers services such as daily parking, monthly subscriptions, automatic car washing, electric vehicle charging, and motorcycle spaces.
The facility operates with 24-hour surveillance, has easy access, and aims to provide a practical and reliable solution for those seeking functional parking without the stress of difficult parking situations.
